Welcoming New Patients to Our Practice
At our practice, we are thrilled to welcome new patients into our care. Our priority is to ensure your comfort and provide you with exceptional service from the moment you walk through our doors. To streamline your visit, we kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary new patient paperwork.
For your first appointment, please remember to bring the following items:
- Your dental and medical insurance cards
- Any recent x-rays
- Your surgical referral slip (if applicable)
During your initial visit, our experienced doctors will gather essential data to formulate a diagnosis and treatment plan tailored to your needs. We will discuss the proposed treatment options in detail, including their benefits, risks, and alternatives. Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions about your oral health.
For your convenience, we offer the possibility of same-day anesthesia and surgery for eligible patients and procedures, subject to the discretion of the surgeon. However, complex cases or significant medical conditions may require a separate consultation visit.
If you have scheduled a same-day surgery as a new patient, please ensure that you arrange for a designated driver or escort to accompany you. Additionally, it is essential to fast for at least 8 hours prior to your surgery time, with the exception of taking necessary medications, which can be consumed with a small amount of water 2 hours before surgery.
If you are taking blood thinners, it is crucial to disclose this information during your consultation visit and consult with your prescribing physician regarding their management before any scheduled surgery.
We recognize that every patient is unique, and our commitment is to provide personalized oral surgical care tailored to your specific needs. Above all, we strive to make your visit to our office a comfortable and pleasant experience. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We look forward to meeting you and serving your oral health needs.
