While our primary focus is dental care, certain oral surgical procedures may be covered by medical insurance. We accept most medical insurance plans, but it’s essential to verify coverage with your provider. Some plans may require a referral from your medical doctor, so please check with your insurance company beforehand. If you have any questions about coverage or referrals, our team is here to assist you. For those without insurance coverage, we offer discounts to ensure access to necessary dental and medical procedures.
To streamline the payment process and estimate any copays or liabilities accurately, all patients are required to provide a deposit at the time of their visit, whether it’s for a surgery or consultation. If the deposit exceeds the final cost of services, a refund will be issued after the appointment. Conversely, if the deposit falls short, the remaining balance will be billed to the patient at a later date. Please note that any payment overdue by 60 days may be subject to additional charges and interest. While we do not offer payment plans, we are open to discussing flexible payment timing as long as the total amount is settled in full by the final surgery date.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring appointment rescheduling. To accommodate our patients and optimize scheduling, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation charge. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
